Placement evidence
Placement Data, Definitions and Verification Method
How Centaur Careers distinguishes a written job guarantee from observed learner outcomes, and what data is currently available for readers to check.
Evidence register last reviewed: . This is a first-party methodology, not independent audit certification.
Current published data
No verified cohort records have been published in this evidence register. We therefore do not publish a measured placement percentage, median salary, average salary, or cohort-wide employer breakdown here. Missing data is unknown, not zero.
No consent-backed individual learner outcomes have been published in the evidence register.
Method for any future cohort result
A statistic should appear only when its source, population, calculation and review date are public enough for a reader to understand what was counted. These are the publication requirements applied to this register:
1. Define the cohort
Identify one programme group by start and end dates. State who enrolled, who completed training, and which completers met the written eligibility conditions. Do not combine different cohorts without saying so.
2. Count a verified outcome
Count only an outcome that satisfies the published definition and has been checked against the underlying business record. Report the number of eligible learners and the number with verified outcomes separately.
3. Calculate the rate
If a placement rate is published, calculate verified outcomes divided by eligible learners, multiplied by 100. Publish the numerator, denominator, cohort dates and definition alongside the percentage. A written job guarantee is a separate programme promise, not this measured rate.
4. Explain salary data
If salary statistics are published, state the currency, number of verified offers in the sample, measurement period, and whether each number is a median, mean or range. An advertised salary band is not an observed average or a guarantee for every learner.
5. Protect personal information
Publish individual names, roles, employers, images, quotes or salary only where publication consent covers each field. Do not publish offer letters, identity documents or private consent files.
What the job guarantee does—and does not—prove
Centaur Careers publishes a 100% Job Guarantee Program for graduates and job switchers who complete the six-week Financial Operations Masterclass. The published summary says the guarantee is for a finance job; it does not automatically specify an employer, salary, job title or location. The current written cohort terms control the actual eligibility and scope. This offer cannot be converted into a historical “100% placement rate” without cohort records and the method above.
